I always return to this cozy place. The friendly staff once helped me find something precious. It suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, a kitchen, cots, and board games. No pets, no smoking. I'll be back for my holiday.

Great staff! They were really friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect, close to the train and bus stations, making it easy to get around. The rooms were clean and tidy, and I appreciated the daily ventilation. Plus, the historical sites in the area were definitely worth visiting.
I did experience some minor inconveniences. I had informed them in advance that I would arrive at noon, but the receptionist was 15 minutes late.

As a senior woman, I found Hostel Aachen to be a wonderful place to stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, treating me with respect and kindness. The hostel's general areas were well-decorated and comfortable, offering a cozy atmosphere for relaxation. Additionally, its location next to the train station made it easily accessible for me, which was important as I prefer convenient travel options.
If I had to suggest one improvement for senior travelers, it would be to have more assistance available from the staff. While the children working there were polite, it would have been helpful to have more support specifically tailored to the needs of older guests.

I had an absolutely marvelous experience staying at this hidden gem! The staff here are exceptional, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They even gave me a free upgrade to a private room! The room was clean and comfortable, and the showers and bathrooms were spotless. The amenities, including the kitchen and lounge area, were wonderful and well-maintained. The location is unbeatable, with the main square just a short walk away and the train station conveniently across the street. I highly recommend this place for a great stay in the city.

I got such amazing value for my money at this hostel! The room was super comfy and clean, and the location was perfect - just a short walk to the town center and right near the train and bus stations. The staff here treated me like a VIP, answering all my questions and making sure I had everything I needed. I'll definitely be coming back!
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was more variety of food options.

I always return to this hostel because it feels like home. The staff gave me directions on my first stay which I remember. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, kitchen, cots, board games, and lockers. Can't wait to come back for Christmas!

Stayed at Hostel Aachen, they didn't speak English , but they were welcoming and explained things. Clean rooms and kitchen, great for meeting people! Highly recommended!
It felt more like cheap worker accommodation than a hostel. Faulty toilets, missing cutlery, slow wifi, no lockers, and a noisy location.

I recently stayed at a hostel in Aachen for a few nights and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the entire place was clean and well-maintained. The location was convenient, with just a 10-minute walk to the city center. If you're driving, there's a nearby P+R in Westfriedhof where you can park for a low cost and take a short bus ride to the hostel. The shared room I stayed in was spacious and the bed was comfortable. the hostel had a friendly atmosphere and I would definitely come back.
Would recommend this hotel.
